What was the first drop you ever got in game?

Mine was.... not surprisingly... an unnatural seed.

My big hulking warrior and me were scared of the group of River Skale Tads. I had no idea they were not going to attack me all at once, so I avoided them and picked on an Aloe Seed.

The first person I "dropped" was a Mesmer in the Pre-Searing Academy fight.

Because in this early stages of level <10 and low HP, Conjure Phantasm was something you better avoided by killing the source, with mighty sword blows and Sever Arterty! :>

My first item drop was probably some crap from the skales, dunno remember what.

Not my first drop ever.....but the first drop on one of my chars was a black dye - forunately I had been playing for a while so knew the value.

I got a black on my second day of playing.. Traded it to some level 14 in pre for 20 orange dyes

And my first drop I believe was a shimmering scale, the quest item for the elementalist skale killing spree.

I can't remember my first ever drop but I believe it was either a Skale Fin or an Aloe Seed in pre.

I do remember my first drop in post-searing which was a Sapphire from a devourer outside of Ascalon City (heading to Ambassador Zain.) This was in June 2005 and it was worth 14k at the time - I thought I'd won the lottery. I was then able to craft armour in Ascalon City and dye it silver and have change left over.
